A Legal Disclaimer

Skyline Visuals LLC (“Skyline Visuals,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides aerial experiences, FPV tours, and promotional videos in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations and Florida law. The following disclaimer applies to all experiences showcased on our website or delivered to clients.

Experience Policy - The Basics

1. Venue Access & Permissions

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for FPV flights inside or around private properties, commercial venues, or public spaces.

  • Skyline Visuals will not operate in restricted or unsafe areas without written authorization from the property owner or responsible party.

2. Safety & FAA Compliance

  • All flights are conducted by FAA-certified remote pilots following Part 107 safety standards.

  • FPV flights may involve high-speed or close-proximity maneuvers. Flights are planned to avoid unsafe proximity to people, animals, or property.

  • Skyline Visuals reserves the right to adjust or cancel flights if safety conditions are not met.

3. Liability

  • Skyline Visuals maintains commercial drone liability insurance.

  • We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss caused by conditions outside our control (e.g., unsafe environments, interference, unauthorized activity).

  • Clients assume responsibility for ensuring the shoot environment is safe for FPV operations.

4. Usage of Footage

  • All media produced is subject to Skyline Visuals’ licensing agreement as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

  • Footage is licensed for the specific purpose agreed upon (e.g., marketing, social media, internal use).

  • Resale, redistribution, or modification of footage without written approval is prohibited.

5. Third-Party Rights

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring footage does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights (e.g., brand logos, music, identifiable individuals without consent).

  • Skyline Visuals is not liable for claims arising from unauthorized use of footage by the client or third parties.

6. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
