Terms & Conditions – Skyline Visuals LLC

1. Services Provided

Skyline Visuals LLC (“Skyline Visuals,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides:

• Aerial photography and videography

• FPV promotional content

• Drone mapping and surveys

• Roof inspections and construction documentation

All services are performed in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations and applicable Florida laws.

2. Booking & Payment

• Reservations: Services may be booked online or through direct contact.

• Deposits: A deposit (percentage or fixed fee) may be required to secure booking.

• Payment: Remaining balances are due on or before the project date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Pricing: All rates are subject to change. Confirmed quotes remain valid for 30 days.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled shoot may incur a fee to cover preparation costs.

• Weather Delays: Flights may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions in compliance with FAA safety regulations. Rescheduling will be arranged at no extra charge.

• Force Majeure: Skyline Visuals is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, airspace restrictions, etc.).

4. FAA Compliance & Flight Safety

• All flights comply with FAA Part 107 and local Tampa ordinances.

• Flights will not be conducted in restricted or unsafe airspace without proper authorization.

• Clients must obtain any property access permissions or approvals for flights over private property.

5. Deliverables

• Final deliverables (photos, videos, maps) will be provided in the agreed file format and resolution.

• Standard turnaround times will be communicated at booking; expedited delivery may incur additional fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information for shoot location and requirements.

• Ensure safe access to property or site for our drone operators.

• Confirm that the requested project complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

• Skyline Visuals retains copyright to all original media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients are granted a license for agreed usage (e.g., marketing, real estate listing, internal documentation).

• Resale or redistribution outside agreed use requires written permission.

8. Liability & Indemnification

• Skyline Visuals carries commercial drone liability insurance.

• We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.

• Clients agree to indemnify Skyline Visuals against claims arising from unauthorized use of deliverables or misrepresentation of service scope.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) and relevant federal laws.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

• Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

11. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
